 Amelia C., Mom of 5:

“I started following Madison’s program when I was pregnant with my 5th baby. I had twins before and they had overstretched my pelvic girdle. That caused my newest baby to start growing in the wrong spot making the pregnancy very painful starting at 5 months. My doctors wanted me to follow up with a physical therapist and at the time it was so hard because I was a stay at home mom of 4. That’s when I messaged Madison!!! I LOVED her program. It was so convenient! And I felt like I had my own personal trainer without having to spend a fortune. She kept up with my pain through messaging and i just followed along with her videos AT MY CONVENIENCE. She has such a positive attitude, but knows that it’s impossible to keep up with a routine with motherhood.

And my favorite part was that I never felt like I was competing with myself to look better or be thinner. It was all about being healthy for me and the baby. I COULD NOT have made it through without her. I would have been on bedrest for the whole latter half.”

Jessica C., Mom of 1:

“I'm not sure what made me approach Madison when I did but from the very first conversation we had, I realized that she would be a true ally. I met Madison after my daughter was born. I have never been about fitness or movement but one thing having a baby teaches you is how much support the body needs to properly function. From the beginning, Madison was patient with me and my schedule and made me feel like my effort was worthy. I wanted to build strength. Literally to be able to "Mom so hard..." Madison paid attention to my concerns and assessed what was going on with me physically. My goals were respected and I was never made to feel like I needed to aspire for more or that I should worry about things I don't care about at all. In the past, when I have worked with a trainer, there has been a lot of friction in those relationships. Not this time. I deeply respect Madison because she is real. She cares about me and my progress and is the first person to offer support, both physical and emotional. I can't say enough good things about the service Madison offers but even more than that, the way in which she cares for you while offering that service is second to none!”

 Amy C., Mom of 2:

“Madison made the routines accessible and has such a positive, we-all-can-do attitude and so it didn't feel overwhelming to get back into the gym or workout at home.

When discussing my diagnosis of diastasis recti with Madison, she prescribed scaling back to an earlier post-partum SLM course. All of her advice and direction lined up perfectly with the feedback and instructions from my postpartum/pelvic floor physical therapist. I was able to incorporate the exercises in to my PT work, and feel stronger and more confident already.”- Amy C, Rad Mom of Two and Business Owner

 Lauren S., Mom of 3:

“I cannot say enough about how much Madison helped me during and after my pregnancies! I went from thinking my chronic lower back pain was 'normal' to realizing that I had the power to change it. Madison gave me the direction I needed to exercise in such a way that helped relieve my pain and I became stronger in the process. Her positive message is unlike any other trainer I have worked with, and her ability to motivate and inspire women to feel comfortable in their skin is truly a gift.”

 Beth, Mom of 1:

“I have maintained my level of fitness during my pregnancy by learning modifications. I’ve really enjoyed having the modifications, otherwise I may have cut back on my work outs because I wouldn’t have known what to do. I have enjoyed having new workouts and exercises and learning more about the pelvic floor.”

 Cara, Mom of 2:

"I started working with Madison after the birth of my second child. I was plagued by pelvic pain and honestly terrified of getting back into exercise. Madison made me feel at ease and in good hands immediately. She was sensitive to my symptoms and always made modifications based on how I felt that day. Fast forward a year and I feel strong and capable in my body, which is in huge part due to Madison and her program! I am beyond grateful for her expertise and guidance and I know other mamas and mamas-to-be will feel the same!”

Liz B., Mom of 2:

I’ve never felt better or stronger than when Madison and I were training during my second pregnancy. I did all the things up until a couple of weeks before birth and that’s key when you’re keeping up with a toddler. I had a seamless pregnancy. No physical therapy this go round. And I had a beautiful birth with Madison as my backup doula, and with my dear friend Anne. I’m now back to training with Madison and couldn’t be happier to be strong like a mother.
